As a result of the development of the Covid 19 pandemic, we continue to follow the latest advice and recommendations from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and those of local authorities in the countries where we operate.
Working with a team of experts, we reviewed our existing health and safety procedures and developed the Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol. This in-depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol was developed in collaboration with SGS and guarantees your safety, giving you peace of mind from check-in to check-out.
The 20-step protocol for hotels and 10-step protocol for meeting and event areas has been implemented and recommended at all hotel locations. It includes, among other things, new cleaning and disinfection procedures, intensification of security in common areas, protective equipment and an updated training program for team members.
All of our global locations are informed of these protocols and urged to implement them. These protocols take into account specific processes and measures to ensure that you can feel safe when visiting one of our hotels.
