The spacious premises at all venues enable events to be held successfully in line with any social distancing requirements, and with comprehensive hygiene measures. Our premises are also ideal for hosting other types of event, including live stream and hybrid events.  

Admission and registration
We offer our guests and event organisers the option of using several entrances and exits. Registration/ticket checks and COVID status checks take place in two stages, with ample space for social distancing, enabling visitors to gain entry to the event more quickly, easily and safely.

Seating
Seating can be adapted individually according to capacity or the client’s specific requirements. Table microphones can be used to ensure speakers can be well heard, even across somewhat longer distances within a given room.  

Additional hygiene measures
Frequently touched surfaces, such as door handles, stair rails and entrances, are, of course, cleaned and disinfected at regular intervals throughout events. All entrances and exits are equipped with sanitiser dispensers. Food and drinks are served at a protective, double-sided plexiglass screen.
